Business Plan Process Overview

Each project starts with a phone interview to ascertain key pieces of data. At this early stage of engaging AVO we will discuss your project; next, clients will fill out a data intake form and are given a checklist that identifies all information and documentation that will need to be supplied. We then review the documentation and create a draft plan for your review. After you review the draft, we can adjust the plan and incorporate any changes. Projects typically can be completed within two weeks of receiving all required documentation. This option is for loan prospects that are undocumented. The plans are typically built on a project or business specific platform, and include a full plan for the ongoing operation of the project.
