Martin Warner is Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Talkbiznow.com, a new business networking platform designed to enable all business professionals to expand their network and manage their online business life using everyday productivity services.  Martin is responsible for setting the overall direction and product strategy for the company. He also chairs the design committee focused on Talkbiznow's services and development of its core technologies.

Formerly, Martin was a European Technology Practice Leader at BearingPoint Inc. where he provided technology advisory and transformation services to technology leaders around the world. Prior to this, Martin held several leadership roles at JP Morgan Chase Inc. across technology, finance and a software venture - in London, New York and Frankfurt.

Martin is a well regarded thought leader in consumer and enterprise software, and appears frequently on television, radio, in newspapers and magazines, including Forbes, BBC News, Sky News, CNBC Squawkbox, Bloomberg, Daily Telegraph, The Guardian, The Times, The Independent, Financial Times, and others.  He speaks frequently at seminar and conference events around the globe and has been featured several times on cover stories of leading executive magazines.

Mark Parker

Chairman & co-founder

Mark Parker is the Non Executive Chairman and co-founder of Talkbiznow.  As well as chairing the board, Mark also co-heads corporate strategy and business development. Mark has held several leadership roles, most recently at Halifax Bank of Scotland Plc (HBOS) - Intelligent Finance, where he was Managing Director responsible for one of the UK's leading internet and telebanking businesses. 

Prior to this, Mark held COO and CIO roles at HBOS managing five thousand people and oversaw its business and technology infrastructure operations. Prior to this, Mark held technology leadership roles at PepsiCo Inc., British Sugar plc, The Boots Company plc and J Sainsbury plc.

Mark has won many awards for business leadership, and was one of the most featured banking leaders in the UK press during his time at HBOS. He has appeared several times on the cover of leading management magazines, and speaks at business conferences around the globe.

Lynn Liss is Vice President of Partnerships and Acquisitions for Talkbiznow.com and is responsible for the strategic identification, assessment and implementation of partnerships and acquisition market opportunities. Lynn manages all stages of business development with partners as well as collaboration with the Talkbiznow team.  To this role, Lynn brings 13+ years experience executing innovative technology partnerships and contracts for top global consulting firms, BearingPoint and CGI, spanning web 1.0 / 2.0, web CRM, SaaS, ERP, e-commerce, image exchange and digital content technologies.

Lynn has provided executive advisement and developed significant business with industry leaders such as Microsoft, Live Nation, ABN-AMRO and JPMorgan Chase. She negotiated a $20M+ / 5-year ‘Data Quality & Management’ outsourcing contract for Microsoft’s Sales & Marketing division which became a significant new service offering for CGI.

Most recently, Lynn served as Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer for Fundability.com, a social network/white-labeled solution for the Private Equity sector where she both launched the company and brought the company to a successful exit within a year.

Lynn earned a Masters degree in Strategy and Finance from the University of Chicago.

Mike Duma is Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at Talkbiznow.  Mike is responsible for setting the technology strategy at Talkbiznow.  This includes overseeing software engineering, architecture, and technology infrastructure.  Mike leads our open applications architecture program designed to enable anyone to develop services on the Talkbiznow platform.
 
Mike also founded a leading web design and marketing solutions company in the UK, Quvex. Under his supervision and leadership, Mike's teams create leading products in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Content Management System (CMS), recruitment and communication fields.
 
Mike is highly regarded as an applications thought leader and sound practitioner in the field of software architecture and open source methods.
 
Prior to this, Mike held a variety of management roles in technology management and sales.

Ollie Gash is Vice President and Head of Software Engineering at Talkbiznow.  Ollie is responsible for setting the product architecture, overseeing product management and leading the software development team.  He is also responsible for the technical innovation behind the Talkbiznow software platform.

Prior to this he held Project and Technology management roles at Boots Plc.

Ollie has a Bsc in Manufacturing Engineering from Loughborogh University, and a Masters in Information Technology from University of Nottingham where he achieved a Distinction.

Jon Foster is Vice President and Head of Customer Experience at Talkbiznow.  Jon is responsible for user interface design, development, customer experience and consumer behaviour research. In addition, he leads the development of system logic and site scalability.

Previously, Jon was senior web developer at Quvex Limited where he was responsible for the conceptualisation and development of both B2B and e-commerce web development projects.

Prior to this, Jon has held roles within a number of design agencies including Watermark Publishing, Robson Dowry and has worked as a Freelance Designer.
